Annalee was fine, somehow. I have no clue how this happened; I can only guess. But the message I want to get out to all of you with kids is PLEASE CONSIDER BOLTING YOUR DRESSERS TO YOUR WALLS!! I know we will be doing so before the sun goes down tonight. Just the thought of having one of my babies harmed because of something that only takes a few minutes to prevent is unbearable.Posted by Ashlee at 2:20 PM 0 comments
Well, some of you are probably eager to know how Addie is doing on the ol' growth charts. Well, here are her current stats, in pink, compared with Annalee's 6-month stats, in green:

As our pastor so clearly put it this morning, we have been made "white as snow" because of the
passion of Christ...the passion refers to His suffering on the cross for our sins, and once we believe that He died for US and rose again on the 3rd day (the TRUE reason for celebrating Easter Sunday), we are washed white as snow for all eternity. Thank you, Jesus, for this indescribable gift!
On a lighter note, Annalee got to participate in her first Easter egg hunt
today after lunch. No, we're not going to do the whole Easter bunny thing, just keeping it a simple, fun tradition. She never quite caught onto the idea of collecting the eggs and then going through the loot later; she wanted to open each egg as she came to it. Here are a few more snapshots from our day.
